Background:Just-in-TimeAdaptiveInterventions (JITAIs) use real-time data frommobile and digital technologies to givepersonalized help when someone is most likelyto need it or when an opportunity arises.Because symptoms of depression can change
over time, JITAIs are a possible but still newway to stop and treat depression.
