Abstract

The world has witnessed rapid technological development that has affected all sectors,including the education sector in general, and higher education in particular. This advancement has compelled universities to enter the digital realm in order to keep pace with
global developments. As a result, they have adopted electronic governance as a modern mechanism for managing and organizing higher education and scientific research.
