Abstract

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a significant mental health condition affecting a substantial percentage of the population, leading to marked occupational and social impairments. Effective and accessible treatments are critically needed. This randomized controlled trial evaluated the effectiveness of Internet-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) in reducing PTSD symptoms
among adults compared to a waitlist control group
