This journal operates on a golden open access model to ensure that all published articles are freely available to readers worldwide, without any subscription or access fees.

As the journal is not funded by any government or private agencies, operational and maintenance costs are sustained through Article Processing Charges (APC) collected from authors upon acceptance of their manuscripts.

The APC is distributed as follows:

Proofreading and language editing services: 350 USD

Online hosting, indexing support, and long-term archiving: 200 USD

Total APC: 550 USD
